Dr. Nicole Sanders

Currently the Assistant Chief Talent Officer for the Consolidated School District of New Britain. Nicole has over twenty years of teaching experience in urban school settings. She has received numerous awards for her teaching and instructional leadership. Dr. Sanders acknowledges that adversity is a natural component of everyday life that is humbling, promotes resiliency and hope, and strengthens one’s character to be steadfast towards desired goals.

Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of New Britain is a non-profit (501(C)(3) nonprofit organization providing community services through federal, state and local funding sources. We are committed to helping those with barriers to self-sufficiency through our Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives as well as provide youth career awareness and readiness programming to middle and high school students.
